Danfoss’s mobile CO2 training unit will visit the U.S. cities of Baltimore, Atlanta and Dallas this fall.
After a successful worldwide tour in 2017 that took in four continents, six countries and 11 cities in 38,000 miles of travel, Danish multinational Danfoss’s mobile CO2 training unit will return to the United States this fall.
“Danfoss is a leading provider of CO2 solutions and we encourage the use of the sustainable refrigerants,” said Hans Ole Matthiesen, segment marketing director, food retail at Danfoss.
“We’re excited that our mobile CO2 training unit is returning to the United States to continue leading the way in promoting the benefits of CO2.”

CO2 unit to hit Dallas, Atlanta and Baltimore
Installers, service technicians and OEM engineers can register to attend CO2 training sessions with the unit in the cities of Dallas, Tx. in October and November, Atlanta, Ga. in November, and Baltimore, Md. in December.
“We’re excited that our mobile CO2 training unit is returning to the United States to continue leading the way in promoting the benefits of CO2,” Matthiesen said.
The growing popularity of CO2 refrigeration systems as market-ready alternatives for the HFC technologies that are subject to the global f-gas phasedown is increasing the need for technicians who are properly trained for its different uses.
In response, Danfoss launched its ‘container classroom’ on the application of natural refrigerant CO2 in HVAC&R in 2016.
The complete tour dates are as follows:
October 22-November 1: Dallas, Tx. – Lincoln Tech
November 6-8: Dallas, Tx. – RETA National Conference
November 13-29: Atlanta, Ga. – United Refrigeration
