With display case plants in North Prairie and Waukesha, WI and refrigeration systems plants in Ramsey, MN, and Dyersville, IA, Zero Zone also manufactures industrial refrigeration systems for cold storage, food processing, and ice arenas. In 2023, Zero Zone presented its Genesys Natural Refrigeration Solutions for refrigeration using CO₂ and ammonia to meet various requirements for its customers. These can be standalone systems, booster systems, or cascade systems, and they can be built for indoor use, outdoor use, or inside a custom electrical mechanical center (CEMC), paired with a water-cooled, air-cooled, or adiabatic condenser (ammonia) or gas cooler (CO₂).
