Packed Line Valves

The packed line valves from Mueller Streamline are designed for use with R744 refrigerant. Available sizes are ranging from 1/4” to 3/8” for maximum abnormal pressure 140 BAR /1305 PSI pressure ratings at continuous operating temperature of -40°C to 149°C / -40°F to 300°F.

Reviews Contact Mueller

Built with forged brass bodies and integral mounting brackets with plated steel stems, the Mueller Streamline Packed Line Valves are suitable for refrigerants and other industrial fluids that are non-corrosive to brass or steel, including transcritical CO2 with pressures up to 140bar. Applications include air conditioning and refrigeration. The design incorporates asbestos-free stem packing material. The Mueller product series include packed line and transducer valves, and both are recognized with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and conform to Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.

The Mueller valves include the following styles:

  • Angle – Non-Backseating and Two-way
    • Design Pressure (DP) / Maximum abnormal pressure (MAP): 2031 psi, 140 bar
    • Continuous operating temperature (COT): ‐40°F/300°F, ‐40°C/149°C
    • For use with R744 refrigerant
    • Forged brass body
    • Corrosion resistant stem suitable for refrigerants and other industrial fluids
