ATMOApproved companies SCM FRIGO, TEKO and ZUDEK will be showcasing their latest technology based on natural refrigerants at REFRIGERA 2023, in Bologna, Italy. They will engage with visitors and showcase their commitment toward clean cooling solutions.

SCM FRIGO, a leader in CO2 (R744) solutions in both commercial and industrial sector, will be at Hall 30, Booths C32–D31, showing their CO2 refrigeration solutions such as Smart Booster Scroll Tech and Smart Booster 2.0.

TEKO, a leader in the production of transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems for commercial and industrial uses, will be at Hall 29, Booth R11, exhibiting technologies aimed at making food retailers more sustainable.

ZUDEK, a manufacturer of energy-efficient industrial refrigeration solutions that use only natural refrigerants, in most cases ammonia (R717), will be present at the fair to participate on the benefits of natural refrigerants.

REFRIGERA 2023, the trade show dedicated to the entire industrial, commercial and logistics refrigeration chain, will take place at the Bologna Exhibition Center from November 7 to 9. REFRIGERA 2023 is also an opportunity for further learning and training, thanks to the dense program of conferences, workshops and educational events developed in cooperation with industry associations and research centers. For instance, Legambiente, in collaboration with the European Environmental Bureau and the Union of Green Heat and Cold, is hosting two events: one on the recently agreed EU F-gas Regulation and the second aimed at demystifying fake news around natural refrigerants:

  • The first one, “Regulation F-gas, what changes? – Why the Union of Green Heat and Cold is calling for more ambition from Europe,” will be held on November 7 (11:30 am–1 pm CET) in Hall B. The discussion will focus on the new F-gas Regulation that puts Europe back at the forefront of the HVAC&R industry. The changes that Italian companies will have to face will also be discussed, as well as the costs and opportunities for the entire value chain and the professionals involved.
  • The second event is on November 9(10 am–12:30 pm CET) in Hall B. In the conference “The benefits of natural refrigerants in the heating and cooling industry – Not a dream but a concrete innovation,” journalists and manufacturers’ representatives will discuss and debate the potential of natural refrigerants and shed light on the fake news circulating on the limits of natural refrigerants, which are the concrete innovation to be pursued in the heating and cooling sectors. ATMOApproved Best-in-Class company SCM Frigo and Zudek will be on stage to share insights and experiences.

ATMOsphere (publisher of this media outlet) will be at REFRIGERA 2023 to report on the latest news with natural refrigerants in the HVAC&R industry.
